The foam hardness of the seat core is not only adapted to the specific model by mixing the components individually, but also specially adapted to the different seat heights of a motorcycle model.
Once the perfect hardness is found, the perfect contour of the foam core is worked out in a meticulous procedure. It's not just about avoiding nasty edges, because Touratech comfort seats and benches have a special surface contour that effectively relieves the tailbone and seat legs.
In addition, the shape causes the pelvis to be tilted slightly forward, which helps the rider adopt an ergonomically sensible upright sitting position.
