Under the motto "Continuous EVOLUTION," Touratech has further developed its proven ZEGA pannier system, resulting in the ZEGA Evo. This aluminum pannier combines proven robustness with extremely convenient handling, thanks to a completely new mounting system.

Part of a Complete Luggage System: Like all Touratech panniers, the ZEGA Evo was not developed in isolation, but was intended from the outset as an integral part of a luggage system. Its advantages come from the unique combination of an elegant, indestructible pannier, an ingenious mounting mechanism, and an off-road rack made of 18 mm thick stainless steel tubing. Optionally available matching inner pannier pockets and practical accessory holders complete the luggage system.

Practical Advantages and Usability: The ZEGA Evo offers even easier mounting than the ZEGA Pro2, with an absolutely secure grip even in tough off-road conditions. It thus combines optimal ergonomics and absolute comfort without compromising on reliability.

With the new lid latches, we have retained the popular hinge function. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or removed completely. The lid and pannier base are manufactured using a modern deep drawing process, eliminating unsightly welds.

The stable connection between the outer shell and the base is guaranteed by high-quality, waterproof special rivets. The lid has a brass groove profile with an integrated silicone seal, which ensures a watertight seal. The newly developed ventilation system relieves pressure in the pannier during changes in height. This allows you to open a pannier that you closed in the valley on the highest pass road. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is also made of the established 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo is already equipped with practical attachment pins for accessories. So you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without having to drill holes in your new case. As with previous versions, the proven fastening lugs are installed on the lid as standard, so you can securely attach special pannier lid bags or other objects to your ZEGA Evo. The pannier is easy to transport thanks to its handle.

Whether silver or black anodized, the new ZEGA Evo also sets the standard for high-quality luggage solutions when it comes to design. The rounded, newly designed plastic corners are not just a decorative element. In the event of an accident, they protect not only the trunk, but also the driver from injury.

Newly Developed Attachment System: The core component of the ZEGA Evo is a completely newly developed and designed attachment system on the pannier racks that combines easy operation with a firm grip. Your pannier remains securely attached to your motorcycle even when very high forces are at work. The mounting process is super simple, the locking mechanism is equipped with a safety lock that is active even when you don't lock it, and operation is child's play even with the thickest of gloves. Simply slide the hooks onto the rack and push the tension lever down until it clicks into place. The pannier can also be secured against theft with a lock on the rack. To remove, simply pull the tension lever and lift the pannier off the rack. The mechanism works even under demanding conditions - dirt, sand, mud, etc.
