The ZEGA Evo combines the proven robustness with additional ease of use, thanks in part to a completely new mounting system.

With the new lid latches, we have retained the popular hinge function. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or removed completely. The lid and base of the case are manufactured using a modern deep drawing method, eliminating unsightly welds.

The stable connection between the outer shell and the base is guaranteed by high-quality, waterproof special rivets. The lid has a tongue and groove profile with an integrated silicone seal, which guarantees a watertight seal. The newly developed ventilation system relieves pressure inside the case when there is a height difference. This allows you to open a case you closed in the valley on the highest mountain pass road. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is made of the proven 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo is already equipped with practical attachment pins for accessories. This allows you to easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without having to drill holes in your new case. As with previous versions, the proven fastening lugs are installed on the lid as standard, allowing you to securely attach special case lid bags or other items to your ZEGA Evo. The case is easy to transport thanks to its handle.

Whether you choose silver or black anodized, the new ZEGA Evo also sets the standard for high-quality luggage solutions when it comes to design. The rounded, newly designed plastic corners are not just a decorative element. In case of an accident, they protect not only the trunk, but also the driver from injury.

Newly Developed Attachment System:
The core element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely newly developed and designed fastening system on the trunk racks that combines easy handling with secure fastening. Your pannier remains securely attached to your motorcycle even when very high forces are at work. The mounting process is super simple, the locking mechanism is equipped with a safety lock that is active even when you don't lock it, and operation is child's play even with the thickest of gloves.

Simply slide the hooks onto the rack and push the tension lever down until it engages. The case can also be secured against theft with a lock on the rack. To remove, simply pull the tension lever and lift the case off the rack. The mechanism works even in demanding conditions - dirt, sand, mud, etc.
