Viva la Evolution! Under the motto of continuous EVOLUTION, we have continued to develop our ZEGA side case systems, and so the name of our latest aluminum side case was clear from the start. The ZEGA Evo combines proven robustness with extra convenient handling, not least thanks to a completely new mounting system.

Side cases as part of the luggage system: The ZEGA Evo, like all Touratech side cases before it, was not developed as an isolated product, but was intended from the outset as part of a luggage system. Its outstanding practical advantages are the result of the unique combination of an elegant and indestructible side case, an ingenious mounting mechanism and an off-road rack made of 18 mm thick stainless steel tubing. Matching inner side case bags and practical accessory holders complete the luggage system (optionally available).

Practical advantages and user-friendliness: The ZEGA Evo offers even easier mounting than the ZEGA Pro2, with an absolutely secure grip - even in tough offroad conditions! It thus combines optimal ergonomics and absolute comfort without compromising on reliability.

With the new lid latches, we have retained the popular hinge function. This allows the lid to be opened from both sides or removed completely. The lid and bottom of the side case are manufactured using a modern deep drawing process, eliminating unsightly welds.

The stable connection between the exterior and the bottom is ensured by high-quality, waterproof special rivets. The lid has a spring-and-groove profile with an integrated silicone seal, which ensures a watertight seal. The newly developed ventilation system relieves pressure in or on the side case when there is a change in height. This allows you to open a side case that you have closed in the valley on the highest mountain route. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is also made of the proven 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

The ZEGA Evo is already equipped with practical attachment pins for accessories. So you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without drilling holes in your new side case. As with previous versions, the proven attachment eyelets are installed on the lid as standard, so you can securely attach special side case lid bags or other objects to your ZEGA Evo. The side case is easy to transport thanks to the carrying handle.
