The stable connection between the outer shell and the base is guaranteed by high-quality, waterproof special rivets. The lid has a tongue-and-groove profile with an integrated silicone seal, which guarantees a watertight seal. The newly developed ventilation system relieves pressure in or on the side bag when there is a change in height. This means that you can open a side bag that you have closed in the valley, on the highest mountain pass. Like its predecessor, the ZEGA Evo is also made of the proven 1.5 mm thick aluminum.

Accessories for the Zega Evo:

The ZEGA Evo is already equipped with practical accessory mounting pins. So you can easily attach the special ZEGA Evo accessory holders without having to drill holes in your new case. As with the previous versions, the proven attachment lugs are installed on the lid as standard, so you can securely attach special side bag lid bags or other items to your ZEGA Evo. The side bag is easy to transport thanks to its carrying handle.

Whether silver or black anodized, the new ZEGA Evo also sets the standard for high-quality luggage solutions when it comes to design. The rounded, newly designed plastic corners are not just a decorative element. In case of an accident, they protect not only the side bag, but also the rider from injury.

Mounting Zega Evo:

Newly developed attachment system: The core element of the ZEGA Evo is a completely newly developed and designed attachment system on the side bag racks that combines simple operation with secure attachment. Your side bag remains securely attached to your motorcycle even when very high forces are at work.

The mounting procedure is super simple, the locking mechanism is equipped with a safety lock that is active even when you do not lock it, and operation is child's play even with the thickest of gloves. Simply slide the hooks onto the rack and push the tension switch down until it engages. The side bag can be additionally secured against theft with a lock on the rack. To remove, simply pull the tension switch and lift the side bag off the rack. The mechanism works even under demanding conditions - dirt, sand, mud, etc.

Side case holders:

The side pannier holders are made of robust 18 mm stainless steel round tube and thus guarantee extremely high stability even off the beaten track. An additional crossbar provides more stability, making the pannier system also suitable for heavy off-road use. Because the side case holders uses existing mounting points, installation is child's play.
