Once again, the aluminum pannier system has a very robust construction. We have tried to make the pannier racks and cases as close to the motorcycle as possible. Numerous tests have already been carried out to ensure that the entire development meets the required requirements. The rack is made of 18 mm steel tubing and is attached to existing mounting points with special mounting clips and reinforcement pieces. Pillion comfort is not restricted in any way. Enhances the enduro and touring appearance.

Pannier System: Robust stainless steel pannier rack made of 18mm diameter steel tube with 2mm wall thickness. Bolts cross piece for better rigidity. Installation easy to assemble. Uses standard mounting points. No modifications to the rear footrests. Mounting bolts are included.

Light yet sturdy, the case comes in a 31/38 liter version, made entirely of 1.5 mm aluminum, water- and dust-proof, and manufactured to the highest standards - we certainly wouldn't settle for a simple plastic construction simply embellished with some molded aluminum!

The lid and base of the ZEGA Pro are welded, ensuring maximum joint rigidity, and the base and outer shell have high-quality rivets (no cheap studs for us - or for you!). There are no leaky welded seams along the edges. High-quality silicone seals ensure that the contents of this case are as protected as possible.

The very robust protective strip along the car trunk is screwed on and thus can be easily replaced if needed - perhaps after a fall. The same goes for the strong protective corners on the lid, which can be removed completely or opened from one side only - the latches also serve as hinges.

The ZEGA Pro appeals not only for its technology and craftsmanship, but also for its many clever detail solutions and modern protected design - the item's rounded lines really stand out. For example, a clever handle can be added to the lid. The four mounting eyelets protrude only slightly above the surface of the case, so it is also an ideal seat.
