Once again, the aluminum side case system has a very robust construction. Touratech has brought the side case racks and cases as close as possible to the motorcycle. Countless tests have already been carried out to ensure that the entire development meets the required requirements. The rack is made of 18 mm stainless steel tubing and is attached to existing mounting points using special mounting clips and reinforcement pieces. Passenger comfort is not restricted in any way.

Side case system: Robust steel side case frame made of 18 mm diameter stainless steel tube with 2 mm wall thickness, reinforced by 3 mm thick 3D-formed elements. Screwed crossbar for better rigidity. Easy to assemble. Uses standard mounting points. No modifications to rear footrests. Mounting bolts are included.

Light yet sturdy: the case comes in 31, 38 or 45 liter versions, made entirely of 1.5 mm aluminum, water- and dust-proof, and manufactured to the highest standards - we certainly wouldn't settle for a simple plastic construction simply embellished with a few pieces of cast aluminum!
The lid and bottom of the ZEGA Pro are deeply drawn, ensuring maximum joint rigidity, and the base and outer shell have high-quality rivets. Along the edges, you won't find any leaky welded seams. High-quality silicone seals ensure that the contents of this case are as protected as possible.
The very robust protective strip along the case is screwed on and thus can be easily replaced if needed - perhaps after a fall. The same goes for the strong protective corners on the lid. The lid of the side case can be removed completely or opened on one side only - the latches also serve as hinges.
