The two most determining factors in choosing a DENALI lighting controller are the year of manufacture, make and model of the motorcycle you want to equip, and the number of lights and accessories you plan to install. If we do not offer a CANsmart device for your motorcycle, the DENALI DialDim is the right choice. If a CANsmart is available for your motorcycle, the decision is a little more nuanced.

If your lighting setup is simple and includes only one or two light sets, the universal DialDim is the perfect solution to easily wire and control your lights. Even if a CANsmart device is available for your motorcycle, a DialDim controller may be a better choice if you don't plan to coordinate more than a few accessories. The DialDim controller is available as a plug-and-play solution to easily connect to most popular motorcycle models. Don't get discouraged if your motorcycle is not on the plug-and-play list; connecting a DialDim controller to any vehicle is as simple as connecting a 12V power and ground line and tapping input from the standard high beam, turn signals and horn for which you want functionality.

Our groundbreaking DialDim Lighting Controller features a switch with multicolor halo dimming that allows you to independently turn two sets of auxiliary lights on and off and dim them from a single consolidated wiring. The LED halo switch shows you exact settings and allows effortless dimming while driving. The blue halo controls light set one and the green halo controls light set two; simply double-click to switch between the two circuits.

The controller also has inputs for high beam, turn signals and horn to activate intelligent flash functions that allow you to cancel your auxiliary lights with your turn signal, flash your auxiliary lights as turn signals, or flash your lights when you press your horn. Last but not least, the switch halo acts as a battery monitor with a function for automatic shutdown when voltage is low. • Strobe with Claxon: With this feature selected, the CANsmart™ software will automatically flash your auxiliary lights when you use your horn. This feature works whether you have the factory horn or the SoundBomb™ horn installed.
• Switchable Power Source: The CANsmart™ provides a universal "accessory" option that gives you easily switchable 12V power. That means whatever accessory you connect to this circuit will turn on and off with your ignition.
