Touratech converted a 1250 GS especially for the development of their new electronic suspension system (Plug & Travel Evo). The 1250 GS has received a 21-inch Excel front wheel, despite the addition of the 21-inch front wheel, the electronic suspension has been retained.
The 21-inch front wheel is from Excel and has a width of 1.75 inches and therefore a 90/90-21 front tire. The struts are completely standard but the shock absorbers, both front and rear, have been replaced for Touratech's Plug & Travel Evo. For added stability, a steering damper has been added from Touratech.
This results in a BMW R 1250 GS made for extremely rugged terrain. The 1250 GS from Touratech will compete in several Rallies.
