Return:

1) Reflection period/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order until 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason.

You have after cancellation again 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account.. For these rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mymotorcycle.nl.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

2) Exchange product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact info@mymotorcycle.nl. However, you do bear the cost of returning the product yourself."

3) I provided an incorrect delivery address

Accidentally provided a wrong delivery address? Please contact us immediately. We will try to change the address for you. If the package has already been sent, we will contact the carrier.
