1) Reflection time/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order until 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason. Please note that the return costs are at your own expense.

You have after cancellation again 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full product(s)amount excluding shipping costscredited. Dhe cost of return from your home to the store is always at your own expense, unless it is a warranty issue. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to Blue Rider. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order. Have you ordered electronics and tried them on your bike then the right to reimbursement of the returned item expires, unless otherwise agreed with someone from Blue Rider via email; webshop@bluerider.nl.
Exception; returns to Belgian / French customers can take longer 1 to 7 working days longer depending on the payment method.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning.
2) Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product? No problem. You can contact webshop@bluerider.co.uk. However, you bear the cost of returning the product incl. the difference in price of the replacement product.
3) I provided a wrong delivery address
Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you. If this is not possible in time, it may take several extra days before we can resend the product.
