Returns and Reflection Period
It may happen that you wish to return an order, for example because the product is not to your liking or for some other reason. In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. The costs of return shipment are for your own account, unless it is a warranty case.
Return procedure If you cancel your order, you must return the product within 14 days of cancellation. Provided the product meets the conditions below, the full purchase price excluding shipping costs will be credited:

The product is unused.

The product is in its original packaging.

The original labels, stickers and cards are still attached.

The product is complete and undamaged.

The cost of return shipping from your address to our web store is at your own expense, unless it is a warranty case.
Warranty and Defective Products If you wish to make a warranty claim, you must send photos of the damage, defective operation or wrongly delivered part. If the warranty claim is honored, we will refund the return shipping costs. If there is no warranty, the return costs will remain at your expense. The estimated cost is approximately €6.95 per package; please consult your carrier for exact rates.
Upon revocation, the product, including all included accessories and in original condition and packaging, must be returned. To exercise your right of withdrawal, pleaseonline return request in your customer profile.
Upon receipt of your return, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days, provided the product has been received in good order. For electronics, if the product has been tried on your motorcycle, the right to a refund will expire, unless otherwise agreed via via someone from Blue Rider.
Exceptions for Belgian and French customers Refunds to Belgian and French customers may take longer, ranging from 1 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method chosen.
If a product or its packaging is more damaged than necessary, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value. Please ensure the product is handled carefully and packaged properly when returning it. Damage in transit from you to us is your responsibility unless you have used a return label provided by us.
Product Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us via info@bluerider.nl. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any price difference of the replacement product.
Wrong Delivery Address Provided
If you accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the address change. If this is not successful in a timely manner, shipping may be delayed and it may take several additional days for the order to be reshipped.
