Returns and Reflection Period
You may wish to return an order, for example because the product does not meet your expectations or for any other reason. In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. The costs of return shipment are for your own account, unless there is a warranty case.
When the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary for review, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value. Please ensure that the product is handled carefully and packaged properly. Damage during return is at your own risk unless you use a return label provided by us.
Customer Portal
All returns and cancellations should be reported through the customer portal. This prevents errors and ensures timely processing. If you email us, there is a risk that your message may be overlooked or end up in our spam folder.
To avoid this, please log in to our website, search for your order and click on the bottom right corner on Request a return. The system records the time of your request, you will receive a confirmation email and - in the case of an unsent order - the order will be automatically blocked.
After reviewing your request (within 14 days), you will receive follow-up instructions by e-mail.
Return procedure
If you cancel your order, the product must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation. Report your return always first via the customer portal. If the product meets the conditions below, the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded:
- The product is unused.
- It is in its original packaging.
- The original labels, stickers and cards are still attached.
- The product is complete and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless it is a warranty case.
Cancel order
Is your order not yet packed, shipped or provided with a shipping label? Then you can easily cancel it through the customer portal. Please note that email cancellations may be noticed too late, making this a risk to yourself. The customer portal automatically blocks your order, making cancellation faster and error-free.
Warranty and defective products
Do you want to make a warranty claim? Then submit a return request through your customer portal and include clear photos of the damage, defect or wrongly delivered part.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will refund the return shipping costs. If there is no warranty, the return costs are at your own expense. The estimated cost is approximately $6.95 per package; consult your carrier for current rates.
When using the right of withdrawal, the product including all accessories, must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You exercise the right of withdrawal via a return request in your customer profile.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days, provided that the product has been received in good condition. Please note that for electronic components, installation or use on your motorcycle will void the right to a refund, unless otherwise agreed with an employee of Blue Rider.
Product exchange
Would you like to exchange a product? Indicate this in your return request through the customer portal. We will then send you a replacement product or contact you. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and any price difference of the replacement item.
Incorrect delivery address provided
Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change of address in time. If not, delivery may be delayed and take a few days longer.
